Terms and Conditions

  • It is mandatory to have at least two partners for projects to qualify for support under this program, one each from the US and India. Sometimes potential applicants from either side may find it difficult to establish such connects unless they have had some personal or professional relationships in the past. This corner has been created to facilitate match making in identifying and connecting to appropriate counterpart from the other side according to their expectations and requirements.
  • Applicants may post here basic information about their proposed work and expectations from the potential partner. It is hoped that this mechanism will enable wide outreach through all the people visiting the webpage and hence higher probability to connect with the right partner.
  • The purpose of this corner is limited to establish a basic connect amongst potential partners by way of information sharing. Beyond that, interested parties should contact each other directly through email or any other mode of communication.
  • Please make sure that you post only the very minimum information limited to the expression of your interest without revealing anything which may be of proprietary in nature, since the information will remain in public domain. Further details may be shared amongst potential partners as they directly and separately negotiate the terms.
  • This is only a facilitating mechanism for the potential applicants. USISTEF will not give any preference to applicants making use of this mechanism during evaluation. The final awards will purely be based on overall merit of the case.
  • USISTEF will not be responsible for any dispute which may emerge amongst the partners, in partnerships developed through this route.
  • By accessing and using this portal, you are expressly consenting to our use and disclosure of your personal information. USISTEF reserves the right to review the profile before posting it on the site, and, to terminate the profile at any time without assigning any reason if it finds the information contained therein inappropriate. Please note that USISTEF also retains the right to adapt its policies and priorities over time, depending on the circumstances.
